The Cottage is located at 3829 Albatross Street, in the Hillcrest area of San Diego. Directions from the Airport From the Airport follow the "Downtown" exit signs to Harbor Drive. Follow Harbor Drive toward downtown, staying in the left lane. Turn left on Laurel Street toward Balboa Park. Follow Laurel Street up the hill and turn left on First Avenue. Follow First Avenue for about a mile and turn left on Robinson. Go two blocks and take a right onto Albatross Street. Directions from Points North or South From Interstate 5 Take the Washington Street exit from I-5. Follow Washington to First Avenue. Turn right onto First Avenue and go two blocks to Robinson. Turn right onto Robinson and go two blocks to Albatross Street. Turn right onto Albatross Street. From I-15 or State 163 Take 163 south toward downtown. You will cross under I-8. Take the University Avenue exit, which turns into Sixth Avenue. At the second light, take a right onto Robinson. Go six blocks and take a right onto Albatross Street.
